In our densely over built environment, open spaces are getting rare. But in the middle of a roundabout, surrounded by the street there is a barely accessible and unusable spot. That’s where I imagine a last retreat for a wild and romantic nature scene. I crafted sculptures showing those rough landscape formations inside the human-made roundabouts.
The small sculptures are moulded in black, red and white clay, glazed and burnt, and then enriched with objects typically used for model railroads.
